Youll play a key role in delivering strategically grounded, creatively excellent, and business-driving campaigns across multiple health and pharma brands.Key Responsibilities:1. Drive Client Success (40%)Develop deep knowledge of assigned drug brands, therapeutic areas, and market dynamicsLead strategic communications planning and campaign executionBuild trusted client relationships and identify opportunities to add valueManage budgets, timelines, and ensure smooth internal workflowsTrack revenue forecasts and proactively manage project financials2. Team Leadership & Development (20%)Mentor and support team members in their growthProvide clear direction and regular feedbackDevelop annual performance plans with each team member3. Champion Creative Excellence (15%)Collaborate closely with Creative, Strategy, and Digital teamsEnsure briefs, estimates, and timelines are well-defined and alignedHelp craft and sell through CBIs that push brands forwardUphold strategic and creative quality throughout execution4. Grow Existing Business (15%)Identify and pitch new opportunities within current client portfoliosCollaborate across departments to create compelling sell stories5. Support New Business Efforts (10%)Contribute to pitch strategy, development, and presentationsHelp shape winning narratives and bring fresh thinking to the tableTeam Management:Direct reports may include Account Supervisors/Managers and Project Managers.What We're Looking For:Proven experience in client services/account management in a healthcare or pharma agency settingStrong working knowledge of PAABStrong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and leadership skillsExceptional communication and relationship-building abilitiesPassion for great work and a collaborative mindset
