Workday Payroll Analyst (13 Month Contract)A leading organization is seeking a Workday Payroll Analystto support the implementation of Workday payroll, focusing on Canadian and US employees. The position plays a key role in enhancing payroll functions, contributing to an improved employee experience and operationalexcellence. *This role is 2-3 days on site in Toronto*This Client does not provide sponsorshipKey Responsibilities:Conduct data analysis, testing, and validation to ensure payroll data accuracy and integritySupport the migration of payroll data from legacy systems to WorkdayDevelop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new Workday payroll processesAssist in training and supporting staff on new payroll systems and proceduresTroubleshoot and resolve Workday payroll-related issues throughout the transformation and implementation process Skills & Experience:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsProven experience in Workday payroll management and transformation projects, particularly with large-scale payroll implementationsProficiency with payroll software and tools, including:Workday: Experience with Workday Payroll, data integration, and configurable frameworksDayforce: Familiarity with the Dayforce HCM platform, specifically the Payroll moduleMicrosoft Office SuiteWeb-based conferencing and training toolsPrevious experience in the financial services industry is an asset
