We're looking for hardworking and reliable individuals to join our team! Position Overview: We have immediate openings for motivated General Laborers for both full time and part time positions. As a key member of our crew, you will assist with various landscaping tasks. This is a physically active role requiring work outdoors in various weather conditions. Responsibilities: Assist with such as planting trees, weeding, mulching, and pruning... Move materials like soil, mulch, gravel, and rocks... Assist with site preparation and clean up. Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment safely (training provided). Follow instructions from Crew Leaders and work effectively as part of a team. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures. Qualifications: Physically fit and able to perform demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, standing for extended periods). Being Reliable, Punctual, and Possessing a Strong Work Ethic Is a Must. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work well within a team. Early start times on occasions to meet project deadlines... Requires flexibility to work beyond standard 8 hour days occasionally to ensure timely project completion. Previous landscaping or general labor experience is an asset, but not required. We will train motivated candidates! Valid Driver's License and vehicle to travel to and from yard in the morning, considered an asset (paid travel) What We Offer: Competitive hourly wage starting at $18 to $25 per hour based on experience and references...
