How will you make an impact in this role? This is an exciting opportunity to be a key contributing member of the Colleague Services (CS) organization within the Colleague Experience Group (CEG). This role will report to the Director of Servicing for US and Canada Benefits and have a broad range of responsibilities for the servicing and operational aspects of the Canada health, welfare and retirement benefits programs. This includes business as usual processes as well as projects. This is a fast paced, high-pressure environment and flawless execution is expected. Seeking an experienced service-minded professional. Flexibility and adaptability are critical attributes as business priorities can quickly change. Primary responsibilities Provide day-to-day ownership for ongoing administration of health/welfare benefits and retirement savings program processes (including maternity and non-birthing parent top-up and childcare taxable benefits processing, vendor eligibility files, etc.). Provide support for compliance with regulations and quality standards, including audits and internal control/compliance processes. Manage colleague inquiries, escalations, and issues. Execute Annual Benefits Re-enrollment. Support execution of strategic priorities related to health and financial well-being (including benefit program changes, new vendor implementations, local onsite events, etc.). Oversee vendor partners to ensure service quality standards and operational SLAs are met, and provide reporting for the Outsourcing Risk Committee. Process and track vendor invoices and payments including monitoring of budgets. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Colleague Total Rewards and Well-being (CTRW), Payroll, Colleague & Labor Relations, Colleague Strategic Partners, Legal, and Finance. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs). Manage reporting and data analytics requests, including wellness dashboard reporting for the board. Project management and execution of key priorities/initiatives. Evaluate and implement process improvements. Support mergers and acquisitions events and other ad hoc projects. Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant experience. Minimum of 4 years experience in HR operations/servicing, preferably in benefits administration/operations or related role. Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder (internal and external) expectations. Demonstrated project management skills applied in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment, with ability to work on complex projects and tasks independently. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. Strong oral and written communications skills. Ability to identify process improvements needed to enhance colleague experience and operational efficiency. High attention to detail and excellence in execution. Enthusiastic self-starter attitude, cooperative team player, adaptable to new or changing circumstances, professional demeanor, sensitive to client needs, self-motivated, creative, and innovative. Working knowledge of business applications (e.g., Microsoft Office products, Salesforce, etc.).
