Serve as the main point of contact for booked clients, from pre-event planning to post-event follow-up.Coordinate client communications and planning tasks, including responding to inquiries, conducting site visits, preparing proposals, facilitating rehearsals, and leading pre-event walkthroughs.Collaborate with clients to finalize event details, and prepare and distribute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and setup sheets to relevant departments.Coordinate with internal departments (kitchen, service team, golf operations, maintenance) to ensure seamless event execution.Oversee event setup, service, and teardown, maintaining high service standards and attention to detail.Manage day-of coordination duties, including timeline management, vendor communication, and guest services.Troubleshoot and resolve any last-minute changes or challenges in a professional and efficient manner.Support administrative duties, including invoicing, event reporting, and contract management.Handle guest inquiries or concerns professionally, escalating to supervisors when necessary.Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace at all times.Assist with other tasks as assigned, and promptly act upon instructions received from managers.Foster and maintain a cooperative, positive, and team-oriented environment at all times.Adhere to all venue policies and procedures, including food safety regulations, liquor service guidelines, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred, with a major in Business, Hospitality, or Communication Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a similar role.
