Key Responsibilities: Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities within the retail sector. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including large-scale retail chains and enterprise clients. Deliver persuasive presentations and product demos to prospective customers. Collaborate with internal technical teams to tailor solutions to customer needs. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership terms. Track sales performance and pipeline activity using CRM tools. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings. Qualifications: Minimum 35 years of sales experience in the retail technology, hardware, or SaaS industry. Proven experience working with large enterprise retailers (grocery chains, department stores, electronics, etc.). Strong understanding of retail operations and the challenges ESL solutions help solve. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
