Fully Bilingual with English & Mandarin is MandatoryContract Period: 12 months with potential to extend or convertLocation: Toronto, ONLocation Type: Hybrid; currently 2x a month, but this could change in the futureBusiness Hours: Monday to Friday; Core Business HoursMust have 5 + years plusMust have:- Sourcing/headhunting- Time mgmt- prioritize their time- Bilingual (Mandarin)- Boolean searches (other talent sourcing methodologies/platforms)- Data Analysis and presentation- Strong communication skillsNice to have- Banking exp- Sourcing for tech/corporate roles- Agency expExperience & Qualification Requirements:Experience in recruiting or staffing, preferably in a research/sourcing/executive search functionMust have 5 + years plus experience of full-time talent sourcing or recruitment experience supporting Finance, Retail, High Volume, Executive, Insurance or Technology focused rolesExperience in using a variety of talent sourcing methodologies and techniques including social networking channels, talent sourcing tools, job boards & internet networking toolsExpertise in Data analysis and market intel presentation through data storytelling utilizing Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint and word) and othersExperience in client management and internal partners relationship managementExperience in working with KPIs and result driven work environmentExperience with applicant tracking systemsExperience with Boolean Search StringsProven track record of successful external headhuntingExperience in working independently to meet deadlinesExperience in presenting data and market intelUniversity Degree preferred
