This role blends creative marketing efforts with hands-on sales support, making it an ideal opportunity for a dynamic professional eager to contribute across multiple areas of the business.Key Responsibilities:Sales Support and Business Development:Assist with CRM data entry and database management, ensuring accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.Respond to customer inquiries professionally and courteously.Support outreach efforts to prospective clients via email, phone, and event follow-ups.Research and identify new business opportunities and potential client prospects.Coordinate phone, online, and in-person meetings, ensuring timely and professional follow-ups to enhance the customer experience.Marketing and Brand Development:Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital platforms, social media, and trade shows.Create engaging content for social media, email marketing campaigns, and the company website to captivate and grow target audiences.Contribute to the development of social media strategies to boost brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.Monitor social media interactions and respond to inquiries to build strong client relationships.Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.Assist in the preparation and development of client proposals.Qualifications and Skills:Education: University Degree or College Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Experience: 3 years in a sales, marketing, or content creation role.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes.Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and digital marketing strategies.Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is considered an asset.Must possess a valid Ontario Drivers License and have regular access to a reliable vehicle, as travel is required for the role.Why Join iGuard360?Be part of a forward-thinking and supportive team.Make a real impact by contributing to both the marketing and business development functions.Gain exposure to a variety of projects and professional growth opportunities.Work in an environment that values creativity, collaboration, and career advancement.Ready to take the next step in your career?
