engagement, were seeking a Content Producer to create, lead, and optimize compelling multimedia contentwith a focus on video and digital storytelling.About the Role:The primary focus of this role is to create a consistent stream of polished, branded short- and long-form video content to support Deep Trekkers marketing, sales, and product initiatives.The Content Producer will have an immediate and highly visible impact across multiple departments, collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to drive content that engages and informs our global audience.The successful candidate will be a confident video editor and hands-on producer with strong organizational skills, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to manage multiple video and multimedia projects simultaneously.What Youll Be DoingVideo Production and EditingLead end-to-end production of video content, including scripting, storyboarding, filming, lighting, sound, and editing.Edit a range of video types from product demos and customer interviews to brand campaigns and social media shorts.Maintain fast turnaround times while ensuring high visual and audio quality across all deliverables.Use Adobe Premiere Pro at an advanced level (required).Project ManagementManage and prioritize multiple concurrent video projects from planning through delivery.Maintain accurate project tracking, timelines, and asset libraries.Proactively communicate with stakeholders and ensure project objectives are met.Content Development and StorytellingCollaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to conceptualize video ideas that align with strategic goals.Translate complex concepts into engaging visual narratives optimized for different platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).Support corporate launches, campaigns, customer success stories, and training initiatives.Studio Management and Production OperationsManage video equipment inventory, lighting kits, camera gear, and audio setups.Oversee and maintain Deep Trekkers in-house filming spaces and portable field production setups.Set up and run video shoots, including directing interviews and capturing B-roll footage.Optimization and Workflow ImprovementHelp establish scalable production templates, workflows, and brand guidelines.Use video hosting platforms and analytics tools (e.g., YouTube Studio, Vimeo, Wistia) to track performance and inform improvements.Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors as needed for larger-scale projects.What Youll Bring to the Table5+ years of professional video production and editing experience, ideally in corporate, B2B, or tech-focused environments.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, and Illustrator.Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of video formats, including corporate, product, and social media content.Experience managing live shoots including camera operation, lighting, and sound recording.High attention to detail in storytelling, pacing, editing, and sound design.Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.Strong organizational skills for managing large volumes of digital assets (video, photography, brand materials).Familiarity with video hosting/analytics tools (YouTube Studio, Wistia, Vimeo) and project management platforms (Asana, Frame.io, Monday.com).A self-starter mentality with the ability to balance creative vision with business objectives.Tools and Technical RequirementsVideo Editing basic HTML for landing page edits, or Light Adobe Animate/After Effects motion design.Understanding of SEO basics as applied to video content.Previous experience in the industrial, manufacturing, or robotics sectors.Additional RequirementsValid Passport: A valid passport is required for this position, as occasional domestic and international travel will be part of the role.Travel Requirements: Candidates must be willing and able to travel approximately 5-10 times per year for video shoots, events, and onsite projects.Portfolio Requirements: A portfolio showcasing a range of your video production and editing work will be required during the interview process.
