Workstation Deployment Analyst - Internship Our client is seeking a Workstation Deployment Analyst for a 3-month contract internship position ASAP. Your success will be defined by your ability to: Support the transition of laptops and desktops from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Troubleshoot and resolve failed deployments. Support users with Windows 11 migrations and upgrades Work within a project team and independently as required. Your strengths include: Experience in computer desktop building and support. Knowledge of SCCM functionality and its role in deploying Windows 11. Experience in application installation and troubleshooting. Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize workload with minimal supervision. Can work evenings and weekends as required. Familiarity with Windows 10 and Windows 11, including knowledge and experience. Familiarity with desktop management processes. Ability to troubleshoot installation issues Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Multi-factor authentication Great customer service attitude, ability to work with users who may be frustrated with the mobile phone wiping process Experience working with Microsoft best practices. Proven ability to work within standard procedures and methodologies, as well as providing input into procedure and methodology improvement. Proven ability to communicate within the project team and user base, both verbally and in writing. Availability to travel to various sites in Edmonton, potentially Alberta (Canmore, Fort Sask) Flexibility to start work days earlier, potentially as early as 7 am
