Honesty and customer satisfaction are our guiding principles.Responsibilities:Call existing clients to arrange their preventative maintenance for Heating and Cooling seasonUpdate internal accounting databases and spreadsheetsWork closely with Service manager and Dispatcher to schedule the bookingsProvide customers with information on Preventative Maintenance plansProvide reporting and recommendation on bettering maintenance program for future bookingsThe compensation of this role will have the following structure:Annual salary + Commission on each enrollment into the Maple Air maintenance and protection planRequirements:Sales related working experience would be beneficialCustomer Service related work experience would be beneficialComfortable providing Customer Service over the phoneBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office is required (Excel & Office)Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errorsBeing able to work with Internal CRM system (training will be provided)Good organizational and time-management abilitiesJob Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:Commission payBenefits:Dental careExtended health careLife insuranceVision careFlexible language requirement:French not requiredSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekends as neededAbility to commute/relocate:Concord, ON L4K 1X3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Education:Secondary School (preferred)Experience:Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)sales: 1 year (preferred)Licence/Certification:Driving Licence (preferred)Work Location: In person
