Hi, we are the Holmes family! My wife Lisa and I have 2 kids. We are in our 30s and live a very health conscious and active lifestyle. We both have careers and have a lot on the go and could use some assistance within our home and with our kids. My wife has celiac disease so all of our cooking is gluten free. We eat a predominately whole foods diet, so our kids dont eat processed foods. With busy schedules it is hard to find the time to parent, work, cook and clean. Our oldest is almost 2 years old and she would be the child who we would need help with. She is loving, kind and fun and she is our world. We keep our children off of social media and away from screens whenever possible. We are flexible with times that we could use help. Some days mornings might work better and some days afternoons work better, those details we can iron out.
