Work Location: 100% reporting to HCLTech - Vancouver Office Mid-level QA Analyst who performs and co-ordinates testing for one or more functional areas of a product. The role will have communication and escalation responsibilities and will work under the direction of a Client QA Lead. 7-10 years of related experiences Test Point Of Contact (POC) for a functional area in a product Responsible for coordinating testing with offshore team Identify key testing challenges / goals and develop initial Test Plan Prioritize which test plans to execute for specific app releases and launches Communicates the plan / updates / status of product effectively to the Client QA lead and product team Works effectively with stakeholders to root cause and solve issues API Testing & Validation: - Strong understanding of REST API and Graph API. - Hands-on experience with Postman for API testing. - Ability to validate status codes, response structures, and authentication mechanisms. -JavaScript and selenium programming
