Job Description

Our client in the public sector is seeking a contract based Cyber Services Delivery lead to ensure effective cyber operations and service delivery. Duration: 6 months + extension option Location: Hybrid 2d/week Toronto Responsibilities Administer and enhance Cyber project portfolio within the Jira Service Management (JSM) platform, including gathering of requirements, design, testing, and implementing changes to support Cyber Services Delivery initiatives. Coordinate with Technology Services to resolve JSM platform-related issues, including access, licensing, performance, and general troubleshooting. Providing secondary support for the ProcessUnity (PU) platform and working with the GRC ProcessUnity team on ongoing process, integration, and workflow improvements between JSM and ProcessUnity. Supports service management process enhancements. Takes a proactive approach to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. Generate and deliver ad-hoc reports and data insights to support the Cyber Services Delivery teams operational and strategic needs. Provide flexible support on high-priority initiatives, adapting quickly to evolving project needs and timelines. Maintains an up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of cyber security, emerging threats, trends and associated techniques and technologies as well as business drivers and opportunities. Requirements: 5+ yrs experience in Cyber security and project delivery Proven experience administering and configuring Jira Service Management (JSM), including automation and workflow design, user management, and system enhancements. Familiarity with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) concepts, with experience supporting risk management activities such as Risk Treatment Plans. Hands-on experience with ProcessUnity or a comparable third-party risk management platform, including cross-platform integrations and workflow alignment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and lead process improvement initiatives. Effective analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues, interpret data, and generate actionable reports. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and present findings clearly. Certifications such as Atlassian Certified Jira Service Project Administrator, Certified in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (CGRC), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), ProcessUnity Admin or Platform training, or equivalent are an asset.
