The Role Were hiring a strategic, hands-on Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the continued growth of our aesthetics division. Your core responsibility is to ensure provider schedules are fully booked and the business is consistently growing and meeting revenue targets . This is an ideal role for someone with leadership experience, strong performance tracking skills, and an instinct for building high-touch, luxury client experiences. Key Accountabilities 1. Management Lead the sales and marketing team through structured weekly meetings and 1:1 check-ins, holding all team members accountable to revenue targets and performance standards. Own overall team performance by reporting key outcomes and KPIs directly to the leadership team, while making strategic staffing decisions including coaching existing staff, recruiting top talent, building a team of A-players, and transitioning underperformers when necessary. Design, implement, and oversee high-ticket sales training for all client-facing staff, resulting in measurable improvements in consultation close rates, upsells, and membership conversions. 2. Sales Meet weekly and monthly revenue targets by ensuring calendars are fully booked across all providers, optimizing booking efficiency, and maximizing client lifetime value. Design, build, and continually optimize high-conversion luxury sales funnels tailored to the psychology and behavior of high-ticket service buyers, owning the full journey from initial inquiry to closed booking. Lead structured internal sales training across all client-facing teamsincluding guest services, product and treatment specialists, injectors and aestheticians focused on scripting, role plays, objection handling, and consultation mastery to improve conversion rates and upselling effectiveness. Launch and manage membership programs and client loyalty initiatives to drive retention, repeat bookings, and grow the active, paying membership base. Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of B2B referral partnerships by forming strategic relationships with aligned businesses such as salons, spas, wedding vendors, photographers, and wellness providers to generate steady inbound client traffic. 3. Marketing Refine and strengthen the existing brand voice, clearly define market positioning against competitors, and establish a distinct niche, vision, and unique differentiation that sets the company apart in the luxury aesthetics space. Build, launch, and continually optimize Meta Ad campaigns and integrated multichannel marketing initiativesincluding email, SMS, print, and social media. Manage and enhance CRM and booking platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, Jane App) to ensure seamless lead capture, prompt and automated follow-ups, and maximized client conversion rates through effective use of automation and AI technologies. Oversee SEO and website performance to boost organic visibility and drive qualified bookings. Review and approve all marketing assetsincluding Canva graphics, social posts, ad copy, creative content, and posting calendars Qualifications 35+ years of experience in sales and marketing, ideally within medical aesthetics or a closely related industry such as plastic surgery, dermatology, massage therapy, luxury wellness, or high-end spa services. Proven success in meeting or exceeding revenue, lead generation, client retention, and membership growth targets, with strong expertise in high-ticket, consultative selling and luxury service funnels. Hands-on experience with Meta Ad campaigns, CRM platforms (e.g., Jane App, GoHighLevel), automation workflows, and AI technologies to optimize lead generation, conversion, and client communications. Demonstrated ability to coach and train client-facing teams in structured sales processes, client psychology, objection handling, and consultation mastery. Strong relationship-building skills with a proven ability to secure and nurture strategic B2B partnerships to drive referral growth. Skilled in maintaining brand alignment and ensuring a consistent high-touch, luxury client experience across all marketing assets, creative content, and communications.
