Job Summary We are currently seeking a Wealth Advisor to join our Advisory team. In this role, the Wealth Advisor will develop and maintain the client relationships for the Aligned Capital Partners Inc. (ACPI) book of business. The candidate will work within our team-oriented environment, bring investment knowledge and industry expertise, including holistic planning advice and service excellence to help our clients meet their financial goals. In this role, you will be working with a dedicated segment of clients with the goal of building and strengthening long-term relationships and ultimately increasing the assets under management through a combination of organic growth and referrals. In order to focus on this key objective, the Wealth Advisor will be part of a team which provides administrative support and technology to manage information and streamline processes and communication. WHAT YOU WILL DO Work with existing Advisors to understand how they manage their client relationships and business, develop the relationship transition plan with the team, execute according to the plan to ensure a successful and seamless transition. Service and proactively develop relationships with new and existing clients through various channels including phone and email contact, and virtual and in person meetings. Be responsive with a high sense of urgency providing timely information, investigate and resolve client issues and initiate follow up. Cultivate new business through consolidation of assets and referrals from existing clients. Collaborating with team members to coordinate and improve delivery of investment and financial advice. Support the group by leveraging technology and standardizing procedures to deliver a consistent and professional service model. Work with the investment team and transitioning Advisor to make suitable investment recommendations including promoting the benefits of managed money solutions to clients and prospects. Promote and enforce the integrity of policies and practices implemented by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accepted internal controls. WHAT YOU WILL BRING A proven Advisory leader with a track record in developing client relationships and contributing to a team of professionals that has supported the overall success of a company A demonstrable ability to build strong and meaningful professional relationships with clients and the team including cross-functional business partners Must be collaborative and comfortable working in a dynamic team environment Able to think strategically and see the big picture, but demonstrate where they have strategic concepts into a more detailed mindset to ensure deliverables are accurate and of high quality Well organized with excellent time management skills and able to handle multiple deadlines and changing priorities Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills Motivated self-starter with a collaborative and entrepreneurial spirit and a strong sense of urgency A minimum of 5-10 years sales and client service experience and excellence within the investment industry. A registered representative with CIRO and CFP, PFP, CIM or another professionally recognized planning designation Insurance registration, or the ability to obtain an insurance license is an asset. Strong knowledge of financial markets and experience using financial planning software and delivering financial plans Strong client service skills and experience in a sales focused role Must demonstrate excellent knowledge and understanding of the relevant securities legislation and SRO rules and regulations. Detail oriented, professional and analytical, positive attitude and genuine commitment to client service. The pay range for this position is $85,000.00 $115,000.00 per year. We are required to provide a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.
