Ready to scale.Your MissionWere looking for a Senior Growth Strategist to own the execution of client growth plans and client relationships across a portfolio of fast-growth DTC brands. Youll operate off our proprietary GS IQ platform to drive focused multi-channel budget allocation, conversion rate optimization priorities, and CRM performance. You wont be starting from a blank slate instead, youll extract insights from our infrastructure and hold pods accountable for executing precisely. Youll ultimately own the blended performance growth of the brand at the Growth P&L level, operating alongside top-tier media buyers, CRO resources, CRM leads, and data support.Who We AreWe partner with fast growth direct-to-consumer brands that have validated product market fit and are typically at the $350k-$500k per month level looking to 10x. Breaking through to 8 and 9 figures requires a holistic strategy, a powerful data infrastructure and an elite team; thats where we come in. We invest heavily in our team, technology and processes.Unlike a traditional agency, weve actually built these teams in-house, such as with Nectar Sleep/Resident Home (recently exited to Ashley Home for $1B+) and fractionally with Victoria Beckham Beauty on the path to close 9-figures this year.Having built these teams in-house gives you a very unique and powerful ability to not just know what to do but how to ensure shit actually gets done.We do this because we love it. This isnt a churn-and-burn type of operation. Its a no-bullshit, no-red-tape, fun, fast-paced environment that really invests in our people to build big things while enjoying every minute of the process.LeadershipOur leadership team brings extensive experience in the rapid growth DTC space with a passion for mentoring and building up team members. Our founder Mark Patchett has driven over $1B in revenue across 200+ brands, including scaling Nectar Sleep to be the #1 fastest growing ecom brand in the USA ($10M -> $240M in 18 months), as well as scaling Trouva from the seed round to be one of the top 5 fastest growing ecom brands in Europe.Our COO, Rob Wilson, has over 20 years experience in leadership roles across geographies US, UK, Asia and various European markets. These roles have included senior operational and commercial roles in WPP, Yahoo and client direct. Key accounts have included Swarovski, The Red Cross, mid market in the $15-30m range and fast growth to start ups.Who Were Looking ForThe right person for this role is someone that drives momentum in any role theyve had. They have leadership qualities that means they can take charge when decisions need to be made, even when the right direction is something the client may not want to initially hear (until they see the results). This person will also be a master of juggling multiple balls in parallel and managing their time accordingly. These qualities in a candidate will always come with thick skin and natural stress management skills to keep a level head.Theyll also have a high attention to detail and strong quantitative foundations, to quickly extract insights from our reporting suite. They will also have 5+ years direct experience in the DTC growth marketing space, likely with experience in either media buying, analytics, CRO and/or CRM.Your KPIsFully own the growth delivery side of your portfolio of brands: from auditing potential deals, to scaling the ones you ownKPI: win rate, precision of scale, client retention.Leading your delivery pod. Ensuring your delivery pod is always supported and clear on what they need to hit to feed into the blended goals.KPI: ensuring your internal pod are hitting the KPIs you set for them and are scoring your internal pod NPS at 9.5 (their work satisfaction).Creating shared processes and blueprints, so each time is faster, smarter, and happier.KPI: are new clients hitting their KPIs faster and smoother each time due to the optimization of our SOPs?Ensuring were truly best in class.KPI: being a key contributor to our innovation roadmap to ensure we constantly remain ahead of the curve. E.g. finding a new way to deploy AI into our workflow.Our Culture:Were a remote team with a presence across most continents. We do like to meet up in person though. Weve had meetups in Bali, Budapest, Lviv, and most recently Nairobi.The focus in 2025 is blueprint refinement, data infrastructure optimization, and client portfolio growth with a focus on the USA for our target brands. The role of Growth Shop is to give you the platform to ensure you are fully supported and never limited.Your Experience:5-7+ years of DTC/ecom/growth marketing experienceExperience in multi-channel, data-driven growth (e.g. you can share examples of how youve shifted budgets, channel-level KPIs, etc and the net impact on the business)You get business beyond growth. With understanding of contribution margin, and DTC P&Ls, not just media numbersYoure highly self-motivated, operational/process-drivenHandling and interrogating complex data sets beyond channel data in an ecommerce environment (e.g. the impact of pricing/shipping costs on contribution margin/net profitability vs simply gross revenue performance)You love to build, lead, and mentor teamsYoure an A+ operational thinker but also think creatively outside of defined linesYoure a fast, and highly responsive communicatorYou self-educate and invest in your own personal growthYoure confident, and express your opinions, but are completely open-minded and care more about the right outcome vs just pushing your opinionYou get that life shouldnt be too seriousYou can operate with multiple time zones.
