We specialize in permanent placements, contract staffing, temporary-to-permanent roles, and payroll services across engineering, skilled trades, finance, and other professional sectors.Position SummaryThe Senior Recruitment & Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and delivering top-tier recruitment services. You will act as both a recruitment leader and business strategistbuilding long-term client relationships while sourcing, assessing, and placing top professional talent.
