Job DescriptionBX Studio is looking for a strategic and hands-on Growth Manager to join our business development team. In this client-facing role, youll drive new business opportunities, optimize sales funnels, and help scale our agencys growth. The ideal candidate brings a mix of analytical thinking, creativity, and commercial acumensomeone whos excited about building relationships, experimenting with growth channels, and shaping scalable systems to support client acquisition. This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to leadership and cross-functional collaboration across marketing, design, and operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management: Field and qualify inbound and outbound leads, guiding prospects through the early stages of the sales process with a focus on converting high-quality opportunities.Sales Enablement: Manage and improve our sales pipelinequalifying leads, refining proposals, and supporting conversion efforts.Partnership Development: Identify and develop strategic partnerships that expand our reach and reputation in target markets.Process Optimization: Build scalable internal workflows and automation to improve efficiency in the sales and onboarding process.Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with content, design, and delivery teams to align on brand messaging and positioning.Client Engagement: Support relationship management during onboarding and initial project phases to ensure a seamless transition from sales to delivery.QualificationsExperience: 1 - 5 years of experience in business development, growth, or sales strategypreferably within a digital agency, SaaS, or marketing consultancy.Analytical Skills: Experience using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) to inform decisions.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-centric, persuasive style.Commercial Mindset: Proven track record of driving revenue growth, closing deals, or managing high-value client pipelines.Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self-starter attitude with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.Bonus Points: Familiarity with Webflow, digital marketing channels, or SEO/SEM is a plus.About BX Studio BX Studio is one of the worlds leading Webflow agencies.
