Our client, a leader in the logistics industry, is seeking a Billing Clerk to join their team.  Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Billing Location: Selkirk, MB Pay Range: $20/hr Working hour: 8:00am to 4:00pm Employment type: Contract for one year Whats the Job? •    Exceptional customer service experience and delighting incoming and outgoing customers. •    Using SAP system, coordinate shipping and the sales team. •    Compiling, maintaining, and updating company records using ISO Vision (training will be provided). •    Uses computer applications or other automated systems such as spreadsheets, word calendar, e-mail, and database software in performing work assignments Whats Needed? •    High school diploma or equivalent •    Experienced in SAP system would be an asset  •    Experienced in customer service would be an asset  •    2-3 years previous work experience in customer service and administrative assistant in office environment •    Computer literate with proficient skill level for Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook including Basic math skills •    Must have own transportation •    Able to pass a background check.   If this is a role that interests you and youd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
