This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can handle multiple responsibilities, and is keen on helping clients navigate their matters whilst maintaining professionalism.Key Responsibilities: Manage real estate files from start to finish, ensuring smooth processes and timely completion of transactions.Draft, review, and update documents related to residential real estate transactions, including purchase agreements, closing documents, and other relevant legal papers.Collect, analyze, and summarize deal information, ensuring accuracy and completeness for the teams review.Conduct and review title searches, off-title searches, and provide detailed reports to assist in due diligence.Communicate directly with clients, offering support and answering questions in a professional and efficient manner.Maintain and foster strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and confidence throughout the real estate process.Prepare and send correspondence, requisition letters, and other documentation to various stakeholders involved in the transaction.Assist the real estate team in providing comprehensive support to clients, ensuring the best possible service at all times.Qualifications: Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Technicienne Juridique.Fluent in both English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages, both orally and in writing.Expertise in handling residential real estate transactions, with familiarity in the procedures specific to Quebecs real estate laws.Experience working with private lenders, particularly in residential real estate deals.Strong communication skillsboth written and verbalessential for maintaining professional interactions with clients and colleagues.Ability to efficiently manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.Proficiency in real estate software such as Teraview, Unity, and any Quebec-specific systems.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for drafting documents, organizing files, and handling communications.Qualified job seekers are asked to apply with attention to Ariella Josephratnam.I really look forward to hearing from you, but please understand that I will only be contacting those that are applicable for the role!Options Consulting Solutions is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from all individuals.
