The Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the marketing programs. Above all else, you are a people person with a desire to engage our customers in all of our marketing efforts and look for new opportunities to grow the brand.Job DutiesActively participate in yearly planning and budgeting process to help map the overall strategy and calendar initiativesActively participate in media planning and managementLead the execution of marketing/calendar programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration with District ManagersWork with agency partners, to brainstorm ideas, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet marketing objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, photography, partners and video assetsOversee content development and updates for customer touch points; light copywritingIdentify effectiveness and impact of marketing programs with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly to increase salesManage loyalty programs and promotions calendar and execute in-app as well as website contentEstablish program budget parameters, document processes, marketing manual and store lists for menu board and in-store material sizingUpdate and maintain master store list for menu board and in-store sizesPresent ideas and final deliverables to internal teamWeekly updates on project status and budgetsEnsure programs align with public relations and other communication activitiesGather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more salesGather competitive information and assist in pricing updatesCommunicate program internally and to stores (memos, system message)Develop content for Marketing Section of NewsletterManage marketing inventory with warehouse support and replenish inventory as requiredProvide additional support for LSM, store openings and eventsMarketing support for Primucci ProductsManage and update marketing manual with new processes, checklists etc.Coordinate internal team and external partner status meetings and updatesWeekly InvoicingKey Qualifications 3-4 yrs. of relatable experience required, preferably in QSR or pizza franchise business but not mandatoryBachelors degree in marketing, business, or related fieldExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven experience executing marketing programs and campaignsStrong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skillsMetrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativityDemonstrated creative writing and editing skillsExperience with marketing automation and CRM toolsExperience with media advertising including; print, radio, OOH & TVAbility to motivate and work closely with outside agencies/vendorsProficient in Microsoft Office ApplicationsAbility to excel under tight deadline pressure.Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Integrity and ethics builds trust and follows through on commitments.Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability and desire to assume increased responsibility.
