As a fifth-generation, Maritime-owned and operated wholesale distribution business and one of Canadas BestManaged Companies, were known for delivering quality products, custom solutions, and exceptional service across New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and PEI.Theyre seeking a results-driven Plumbing/HVAC Outside Salesperson to join their team in Charlottetown and help grow their regional customer base.OVERVIEW:This is a key opportunity for a motivated sales professional with experience in plumbing or HVAC systems. Youll manage an established territory, identify new opportunities, and build strong, long-term relationships with our industrial, commercial, and residential customers.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage and grow a regional sales territory through proactive customer outreach and site visitsProvide technical expertise and product recommendations tailored to each customers needsPrepare quotes, close deals, and meet established sales targetsDevelop trusted partnerships with contractors, builders, and key decision-makersRepresent Eddy Group professionally at job sites, meetings, and industry eventsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and seamless customer serviceSKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum 5 years of direct experience in plumbing or HVAC salesA strong technical background in plumbing, HVAC, or a related field is a definite assetProven ability to build client relationships and close salesProfessional demeanour and customer-first attitudeOrganized, self-motivated, and skilled in time/territory managementProficiency in sales planning, CRM use, and lead follow-upValid drivers license and willingness to travel locally for customer visitsWHY JOIN EDDY GROUP?Competitive base salary plus attractive bonus and commission programsComplete benefits package after your first monthDefined contribution pension plan after 6 monthsA supportive, team-based environment with a long-standing reputation for successProudly Maritime-owned and operated with strong community rootsThis is a full-time, salaried position based out of our Charlottetown location.
