Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst to join a large Food and Beverage client of ours in North Vancouver BC. This BA will report to the Product Manager, Restaurant Systems and will closely collaborate with the Restaurant Technology Team and the Pret strategy team. They will be tasked to be the bridge between the configuration and maintenance of restaurant technology at their company, and their Caf partner Pret. As such, this resource will hold external relationships with Prets technology partners, such as Xenial (POS service) and Clearview (backend). This role will be a strategic, product-focused position that will require the ability to quickly build a deep understanding of Prets restaurant operations, ordering platforms, and business processes. The individual will manage Pret-specific menu, config and reporting requirements, along with implementation of these needs into the various systems. Acting as a Product Subject Matter Expert (SME) while providing escalated support and testing oversight. Success depends on being detail oriented, exceptional problem-solver, the ability to prioritize and document requirements with a focus on usability and guest experience. In addition, this resource will support the product team at their company, providing additional support to arising issues, ongoing tickets etc. Principle Accountabilities: Make progress toward achieving our Climate goals in your interactions with franchisees, A&W/Pret employees, suppliers and other partners in our business; Responsible for validating and defining business requirements, creating standardized configurations, and maintenance of all systems across the Pret businesses. Such as Xenial POS & Clearview; Ensuring alignment with Pret needs to enhance operational efficiency & drive increased sales; Responsible for understanding, documenting, and prioritizing Pret-specific enhancement requests into feature requirements documents to align technical solutions with business goals. Responsible for ensuring high-quality menu changes and releases with minimal defects and disruptions. Creating test cases, automated regression and manual testing and training of relevant stakeholders on new system versions, releases, and functionality across all Pret systems, Work with L1 support teams to ensure they have the necessary training and documentation in order to support the Pret business. Act as the escalation point for Pret restaurant systems issues, troubleshooting and resolving complex incidents to minimize downtime and impact for the restaurant Must Haves: 3-5 years experience BA experience defining business processes, and outlining business requirements (functional and technical). The ability to maintain a positive attitude when faced with all types of guest feedback. Excellent organizational, administrative, and time management skills. Exceptional customer service and communication skills Plusses: Experience with the POS system Xenial Experience in the food and beverage space Bilingual French Speaker An undergraduate degree in Commerce or Business Administration is preferred.
