Job summary The Merchandising Associate works in conjunction with Retail Operations Management to execute planograms and set up seasonal displays. This role involves building displays and stocking shelves throughout the store that are visually appealing and maximize impact on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities: Execute merchandise based on corporate planograms or free-hand (e.g., aisles, ends, bases, bins, displays and wing panels, etc.). Update and replace signage and secure heavy display items. Greet, assist and thank customers in a friendly manner. Recommend related products to customers so they leave with everything they need. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations. Requirements / Skills No experience is required!!! - We will provide all the training you need!
