In this role, youll report to the Regional VP and be accountable for supporting the administrative, organizational, and daily needs of the Stoney Creek office.This position is fully on site, in Stoney CreekWhat our client has to offer:Excellent compensationA plus benefits packageResponsibilities:Provide proactive administrative support to the Regional VP and liaison with internal teams and external contacts, including the CEO, Division Managers, legal representatives, and government agencies, ensuring smooth operations and communication.Prepare, format, and manage high-quality, confidential documents such as reports, correspondence, contracts, proposals, and presentations.Maintain and organize legal and administrative files, including contracts, WSIB, insurance, and bonding documents.Review and prepare documents for signature; maintain accurate management reports and records.Reconcile credit card statements in line with financial procedures.Coordinate internal and external meetings, communications, and offsite events.Support HR-related functions such as onboarding and document management, in collaboration with the HR Generalist.Provide cross-departmental administrative assistance and office management support as required.Professionally manage requests and represent the Regional team with confidence.Perform additional day-to-day administrative duties as assigned.Qualifications:1-3 years of experience in a similar roleA post-secondary degree in Business or similar is preferredExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailInterested and qualified candidates please apply today.
