Our ClientIs a leading alternative asset manager.ResponsibilitiesManage sensitive and confidential matters related to the daily operations of executive leadership and the broader organization with discretion and professionalism.Efficiently organize and coordinate the executive teams schedule, travel arrangements, meetings, and daily tasks.Serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient use of leaderships time and priorities.Assist in organizing meetings and tracking follow-up actions for senior leadership and other key executives.Cultivate strong relationships with senior executives and internal team members.Support leadership initiatives by assisting with event planning and engagement activities.Oversee expense reporting for leadership, ensuring timely and accurate submission.Provide assistance on ad hoc projects and initiatives as required.RequirementsBachelors degree or equivalent.7+ years as an Exexutive/Administrative Assistant, ideally coming from the asset management or financial services environment.Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working efficiently under pressure.Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple time-sensitive tasks.Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
