About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform general administrative duties including answering phones, managing emails, and greeting visitors. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems. Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and other documents as needed. Order and manage office supplies and equipment. Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and other clerical tasks. Support various departments with administrative needs and special projects. Ensure the office environment remains tidy and professional. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred. 12 years of administrative or office support experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities. Must hold a valid security clearance
