Job Description

Akkodis is seeking a Project/Program Manager for a contract position with a client located in Windsor, ON . We seek an experienced professional with data acquisition and development diagnostic tools such as INCA, Vector tools: CANalyzer, along with at least 5 years of experience in engine, transmission, or EPT calibration in an automotive environment. Project/Program Manager - Windsor, ON/Hybrid(3 days Onsite) Requirements: - Experience: Minimum of 5 years in engine, transmission, or EPT calibration. - Data Interpretation: Ability to read and analyze engine, transmission, and EPT controller data. - Software Release: Experience with software release processes. - Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively as a team member in a cross-functional environment. - Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English. - Education: Bachelor''s degree in Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. - Diagnostic Tools: Must have experience with data acquisition and development diagnostic tools such as INCA, Vector tools: CANalyzer. - Valid Canadian drivers license Preferred Qualifications: - Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. - Project Management: Certification in project management (e.G., PMP) is a plus. - Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of electric motor calibration techniques and tools. - High Voltage Experience: High Voltage Battery or High Voltage powertrain experience. - Troubleshooting: Experience with electronic system-level troubleshooting and embedded controls/complex function root cause analysis. - Diagnostics Fundamentals: Understanding of diagnostics fundamentals. - Hands-On Tools: Extensive knowledge and hands-on use of INCA, CDA, CAN, CANalyzer, Canoe, and other electrical root cause tools (such as oscilloscopes).
