IF YES, THIS MAY BE YOUR OPPORTUNITY !ResponsibilitiesAssist in answering all phonesCommunicate with customers via phone, email, etc.Provide timely attention and answers to customer questions regarding their orders and deliveryInput all orders into database, schedule outgoing freight for orders, schedule delivery with trucking transportation, keep customers advised of order status, etc.Maintain small inventories of select customer product, ensure customers are advised within 12 hours of their inventory statusEnsure skids are made or ordered, schedule job accordinglyWhen order is complete, prepare roll usage report, packing slips and invoiceEmail documentation to customersCustomer orders require a work order to be data entered into the system, labels produced, order then approved by managementWork with internal departments, both office and plant/warehouse, as well as suppliers to meet customer's needsData entry in various platformsMust be experienced with Microsoft Office, including Access, in house systemMust have both imperial & metric Math skillsQualifications5 years of relevant work/office experienceExcellent phone and communication etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
