Yoh has a Direct Hireopportunity, as anBilingual French DNA Customer Service Representative - Direct Hirewithin the Life Sciences Industry,to jour client,Onsite,to report totheir officeinGuelph, Ontario$25-30/hr. with Holiday Pay & BenefitsMon-Friday, 8AM-5PMMay require occasional nights/weekends as necessaryBilingual mastery in both English and French2+ years experience engaging as a customer service in aprofessional setting/position, working with the public.*** Please be aware Customer Service Care Representative for the Human DNA business is required to obtain government security clearance.*** What You Will Be Doing In this role,you must have a strong understanding of customer service, and phone etiquette, and maintain patience & compassion in times of difficult communicative situations (often times callers will have translators or may have difficulty communicating via phone) Youwill need to be able to read these situations and may need to shift communications to written forms. Often communications will require ability to explain complex answers,arranging collections of data and lean into selling of services Who You AreCollege Degree in Customer Care or University education in Biology/Genetic, preferredBilingual mastery in both English and French2+ years experience engaging as a customer service in aprofessional setting/position, working with the public.General knowledge of DNA testing methods or scientific processes obtained from a degree or Diploma program in relevant science fields such as Forensic Science, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry or direct relevant laboratory experience is preferred to provide support to the clients of the company.Strong ability to work both independentlyand in a team environmentMust be a self-starter and able to manage workloadon a day-to-daybasis.Must becomfortable working in a small team/work environment.Highly organized, have an ability to multi-taskmany items comfortablyAbility to stay on track and follow through to completionStrong understanding of customer service, and phone etiquette.
