The hotel features 131 rooms with natural textures and artisan touches, along with three highly programmed restaurants and bar outlets. Job Description The Sales Executive represents the business in the marketplace and acts as the main liaison between the Operations and third-party distributors such as OTAs, STOs, wholesalers, PCOs, and travel agents. The role involves positioning the hotel and its services to maximize occupancy and revenue. Working closely with the relevant departments, the Sales Executive ensures coordinated efforts between Sales, Reservations, and Operations, including conducting comprehensive site surveys for interested parties. The role also involves providing timely updates on services, rates, and promotional campaigns to third-party distributors for their marketing channels. The Sales Executive may attend trade shows and promotional events alongside the Sales Manager to promote the hotel and its offerings. Qualifications Degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management or Financial Management Extensive background in Sales and Marketing At least 3 years of experience in sales operations within a luxury hotel Effective communication skills in English (written and spoken) Proficiency in OPERA and Microsoft Office applications Experience in Up-Sell and Cross-Sell strategies Ability to analyze market data and create market studies Ability to anticipate future conditions and plan accordingly Strong financial management skills Experience managing various booking channels Additional Information What awaits you...
