The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in managing bids, tenders, and proposals, with a proven ability to optimize processes, meet deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role involves overseeing the preparation and submission of high-quality tender documents while ensuring compliance and competitiveness in the procurement process. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of tenders and standardized templates, ensuring all paperwork aligns with company and client requirements. Collaborate with technical experts to develop tender methodologies, cashflows, and programs when required. Oversee the compilation, drafting, and submission of high-quality proposals, bids, and tender responses. Maintain and manage an up-to-date list of eligible vendors and suppliers for upcoming bids. Conduct data tracking and analysis to enhance bid strategies and improve success rates. Monitor tender deadlines and ensure timely submissions. Review and evaluate tender documents to ensure client requirements and industry standards compliance. Coordinate evaluation processes, including contract negotiations and vendor selection. Archive and maintain tender files post-completion for future reference and audit purposes. Optimize tendering processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Hard Skills Strong proficiency in data tracking, analysis, and reporting. Advanced writing, editing, and reviewing skills for bid and proposal preparation. Familiarity with tender management software and tools. Expertise in researching, compiling, and presenting competitive bid documents. High-level English proficiency (oral and written) for effective communication and documentation. Soft Skills Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective project prioritization and time management to meet tight deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration abilities, fostering teamwork and stakeholder engagement. Leadership skills to manage and guide team efforts during high-pressure tender processes. Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing project requirements. Qualifications Bachelor''s degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Business, or Procurement) is preferred. Experience with tender management or procurement processes. Proficiency in CAD software or similar tools for understanding technical specifications is a plus. Strong knowledge of drafting standards, financial metrics, and compliance requirements. Demonstrated experience in managing multiple bids and proposals simultaneously.
