TRS Staffing Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Civil Workface Planning Facilitator role to work for one of Canada's top employers and a global leader in the Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management industry. Responsibilities: Liaise with the AWP Lead on a regular basis to ensure all AWP/WFP project standards and processes are adhered to across the project taskforce Promote WFP objectives and procedures Provides planning, construction execution sequencing and work packaging coordination to Construction Managers and Superintendents at site. This includes the following: Managing construction work package coordination with third party engineering and procurement in support of the Path of Construction and Schedule Work with various departments to facilitate the transfer of information in support of work packaging Providing and/or coordinating specific construction and fabrication execution expertise for problem solving Verify accuracy and availability of data required to build work packages through testing of the systems and coordination with third party engineering & procurement teams Work with Construction Automation Team and Project Controls to align their data management implementation for packaging and progressing Qualifications: Must hold Journeyman ticket or technical background and certification with preferences of a civil background 6+ years of Industrial project experience 5+ years of experience in a supervisory capacity (General Foreman or above) or equivalent technical services experience, preferably with construction technical services or coordination experience 3+ years of Advanced Work Packaging/Workface Planning experience or equivalent Successful candidate will have experience with underground, above ground, and module installations To apply for this position, please send your Word formatted resume to Kaysha.Madhok@trsstaffing.com We thank all applicants for their interest.
