Role: Senior QA D365 specialistDuration: 2 years Location-Remote- Ottawa, Ontario- Work can be done offsite (however the client would like the consultants to attend an onsite meeting once every 3 months) Job RequirementsDynamics AX/D365 ERP MUST HAVEExperience with Leap Work is requiredSoftware knowledge in MS Office, Process Mapping Software (e.g., MS Visio), SharePoint, Dynamics AX/D365 ERP, Azure DevOps, Product Lifecycle Management software, MS Stack, Defect Management Software (e.g., Jira Footprints).Knowledge/Experience with Agile/SCRUM and Waterfall SDLC methodologiesBack-End InfrastructureKnowledge of Cloud and networking in a hybrid environment Job ResponsibilitiesEnsure appropriate security, confidentiality, information safeguarding practices and delivery of confidential information is always adhered to during work with the clientLead development of test plans, test scenarios, test scripts and test data, and associated coordinationPossesses a minimum of eight (8) years' professional work experience in the fieldParticipate in functional and technical design reviews, perform integration/functional and system testing, and verify test resultsSupervise testing in accordance with established plansProvide management and monitoring of test plans for all levels of testing (including but not limited to unit test, integration testing and regression testing with emphasis on automating the testing procedures)Establish and operate 'interoperability' testing procedures to ensure that the interaction and co existence of various software elements, which are proposed to be distributed on the common infrastructure, conform to appropriate departmental standards (e.g. For performance, compatibility, etc.) and have no unforeseen detrimental effects on the shared infrastructureEstablish a validation and verification capability which assumes functional and performance complianceProvide management of walkthroughs and reviews related to testing and implementation readinessStatus reportingIdentify and document defectsParticipate with other project resources to resolve defectsPerform regression testing of software applicationsCoach, mentor and train the organization to perform any of the above Not for you?
