Credit Canada is seeking a seasoned, innovative, and entrepreneurial leader to drive our sponsorship growth strategy, build long-term relationships with industry and community partners, and sell sponsorships of our unique and transformative services.Reporting to the CEO, you will lead Credit Canadas sponsorship strategy, owning the sponsorship revenue target and identifying new opportunities that fuel growth and deepen mission impact. You will lead engagement with the leadership team and Board members to identify, cultivate, and solicit sponsors.Youll develop and implement innovative, transformative sponsorship programs that align with our values and leverage our national platformsincluding a national radio show, social media channels, and our education and financial coaching programs. More background can be found in Credit Canadas Impact Report, found on our website ResponsibilitiesAs Director of Sponsorships, you will report to the CEO.You will:Lead Credit Canadas sponsorship strategy, own the revenue target, and identify, cultivate and solicit sponsors to drive new growth for the agencyDevelop and implement new and exciting sponsorship programs that deliver on our mission and leverage our assets - which include a national radio show, social media platforms, and education and financial coaching programsNegotiate contracts that deliver on partners objectives.Build and maintain extraordinary relationships with key industry partners, leading to greater engagement with the stakeholder communityLead the creation and execution of sponsorship collateral, collaborating with our Marketing team, our Financial Coaching and Education team, our credit counsellors, multiple vendors, external partners, and agenciesStay on top of trends in sponsorship, and in the business environment in general as it relates to a sponsors ability to investMeasure performance and assess outcomes against goals.
