BSA Oracle Fusion (Contract Position) Number of Positions: 2 Duration: 6 months Location: Toronto, ON, CA Must be eligible to work in Canada Hybrid role, 2-3d/w onsite downtown Toronto mandatory, no exceptions Looking to hire an Oracle Fusion Business Systems Analyst to support the client''s enterprise-wide ERP transformation initiative, specifically focused on migrating from SAP to Oracle Fusion. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, in-depth knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), and proven experience in ERP conversions and financial systems integration. Roles and Responsibilities: Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and the technical implementation team for the SAP-to-Oracle Fusion migration. Analyze and document current SAP financial processes and map them to Oracle Fusion capabilities. Lead workshops to gather and validate business requirements related to finance, accounting, and compliance (especially IFRS). Design and support the implementation of Oracle Fusion modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, etc.) ensuring alignment with IFRS reporting requirements. Collaborate with data migration teams to validate the integrity and accuracy of financial data during the transition. Develop functional specifications, process flows, configuration documentation, and test cases. Support system testing, UAT, and post-go-live troubleshooting and stabilization activities. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of Oracle Fusion applications. Monitor project deliverables, timelines, and risks to ensure successful project execution. Must have skills/experience/qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Functional Consultant with Oracle Fusion Financials. Prior experience in SAP-to-Oracle Fusion migration projects. Strong understanding of IFRS accounting standards and how they apply within financial systems. Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules such as GL, FA, AP, AR, and Financial Reporting tools. Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion configurations and enhancements. Experience with data conversion, reconciliation, and validation during ERP transitions. Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Oracle Cloud Financials Certification. Background in accounting or finance with professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus. Experience working in global or multi-entity organizations.
