Job Description

We are hiring an AI Systems Associate to work at the intersection of product development, client onboarding, and internal systems support for our investor-focused AI platform. This is a hands-on role for a technically fluent, highly organized individual who will work directly with the CEO to support both the deployment of new AI agents and the development of foundational internal processes and product specifications. In the near term, you will act as the lead technical liaison for onboarding and configuring client agents, while also supporting prompt documentation, product requirements writing, evaluation testing, and internal SOP development. The ideal candidate has real experience working with large language models (LLMs), strong documentation and analytical skills, and a background in structured data environments such as accounting or financial modeling. This is not a production support roleyoull be helping to build the companys systems, not just operate them. Youll contribute across product, operations, and early-stage implementation. Key Responsibilities Client Onboarding and Agent Setup Act as the technical lead for onboarding new clients, configuring AI agents using internal tools. Load and validate source documents, apply metadata, and configure prompt rules. Follow onboarding checklists, review outputs, and ensure agent accuracy prior to launch. Maintain setup documentation, prompt configuration logs, and QA tracking across client accounts. Product Requirements and Prompt Support Work closely with the CEO to document product requirements for new AI features and workflows. Translate informal ideas into structured specifications, edge cases, and expected system behavior. Review prompt outputs for tone, completeness, factual grounding, and formatting consistency. Maintain prompt rules, test examples, and fallback behavior documentation across tools. Systems and Process Development Help design and iterate on internal SOPs for onboarding, evaluation testing, QA workflows, and agent tracking. Support documentation and version control for agent setup, prompt variations, and feature rollout plans. Contribute to the development of scalable systems that support repeatable and reliable deployments. Testing and Developer Coordination Assist in structured testing of new prompts, agent behaviors, and system integrations. Liaise with developers to clarify requirements, reproduce issues, and verify fixes. Track QA results and help refine test inputs, fallback conditions, and evaluation logic. What You Bring Required A technical education in computer programming, data systems, or software development (e.g., college diploma, university degree, or equivalent). Applied experience working with large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similarideally in a product, operational, or technical context. You understand how prompts, system configurations, and data sources affect AI behavior and can contribute meaningfully to prompt design, evaluation, and refinement. Background in accounting, financial modeling, or structured data analysisyoure confident working with complex spreadsheets, logical frameworks, and source-verified datasets. Strong writing and documentation skillsyou can turn informal discussions into structured requirements, test plans, or internal reference materials. Familiarity with concepts like retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt chaining, fallback logic, and how AI systems retrieve and ground responses. Strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and the ability to move between execution and system-building in a fast-paced environment. Preferred You are based in Vancouver Experience in accounting, finance, QA, or structured technical operations. Familiarity with investor relations, public company filings, or disclosure systems such as SEDAR or EDGAR. Experience supporting early product development or client onboarding in a cross-functional team.
