Role: Senior Strategic Planning Consultant Type: Permanent Full-Time Location: Onsite 2x/week in Guelph, ON Salary: $100,000-$125,000/yr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability, life insurance and AD&D. JOB DESCRIPTION Insight Global is looking for a Senior Strategic Planning Consultant who will be supporting all aspects of the planning and research responsibilities that are required to develop, maintain and influence a strong organizational strategy. This role is hybrid and the individual is expected to be onsite 2 x week at the Guelph location. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ~5+ years experience working in Insurance or Financial Services Industry ~ Requires the ability to understand key operations and strategic metrics ~ Experience in project management and the development and implementation of plans ~ An undergrad or graduate degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance and Accounting or a related field NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE CPA or CFA designation CIP / LOMA designations or working towards
