RETAIL STORE MANAGER DRMERS CLUB (GASTOWN, VANCOUVER) Location: Type: Full-Time Start Date: Part time training starting early June till July, official full time start date in August ABOUT THE BRAND DRMERS CLUB is a fast-growing lifestyle streetwear brand rooted in storytelling, intentional design, and community. Weve grown from a small passion project into a brand worn by thousands around the worldand now, were opening our first retail store in Gastown! The DRMERS CLUB store should feel like an experience from the moment someone walks innot just as a place to shop, but a space that reflects the energy + creativity behind the brand (and youll get the chance to help bring that vision to life!) Were looking for a Store Manager to lead with confidence, care, and a strong sense of ownership. This role goes beyond day-to-day retail operations; STORE LEADERSHIP + OPERATIONS Oversee all aspects of daily store operations with excellence and care Maintain stock levels, manage inventory flow, and lead restocks with precision Monitor sales performance and share key insights to inform strategy and restocks Maintain visual standards, cleanliness, and in-store presentation that reflects our aesthetic Understands how to hire, lead, and coach a passionate in-store team when needed Train staff on brand voice, product knowledge, and customer experience best practices Ensure an elevated in-store experience that aligns with the DRMERS CLUB brand Build local community through memorable service and ongoing relationships Collaborate with HQ on in-store activations, pop-ups, and community events Help shape the energy of the store as more than just a place to shopbut a place to connect Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar leadership role Strong people management skills; Highly organized with a strong understanding of retail KPIs Background in fashion, streetwear, or lifestyle retail preferred Previous experience opening a store is a plus Passion for building community and genuinely aligned with DRMERS CLUBs vision Flexible availability (including weekends, events, and seasonal needs) First access to product drops, campaigns, and special projects If youre feeling creative, feel free to share a song that captures the vibe youd want the store to haveno wrong answers :-)
