As the General Manager for our Regina Real Estate Management Services (REMS) division, you will lead a diverse team in delivering industry-leading property management services while identifying and pursuing strategic business development opportunities to support long-term growth. In this role, you will... Oversee management of a diverse real estate portfolio, including retail, office, industrial, and residential properties across Regina. Lead, mentor and support a high-performing team to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. Develop and execute strategies to grow REMS business, collaborating closely with other Colliers service lines. Ensure operational excellence by continuously optimizing processes, systems, and team performance. Champion Colliers brand and values by leading with integrity and representing the company within the local market. What youll bring 5+ years of experience in a senior management or supervisory role, ideally within property or real estate management. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and build effective teams, with a strong focus on performance and client service. Demonstrated success in business development and growing a service line or portfolio. Strong organizational and time management skills, with a detail-oriented and proactive approach. Licensed or eligible for licensure with the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission. A degree in business or a related field, and/or property management credentials (e.g., RPA, CPM), along with experience using Yardi Voyager, are considered assets.
