DURATION: 1 year with a potential for extension to 2 years LOCATION: Chatham, Toronto or London ON. HYBRID MODEL: In-Office (Mon/Tues/Thurs) Remote (Wed/Friday) ***Driver''s Abstract require due to some required driving. We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the Utility Integration Business Readiness and Project Support team . This person will focus on planning and executing integration activities for business systems and processes. It involves migrating new utilities from their current systems, working closely with the utilities and other program workstream teams to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and collaborate with the technical team to develop functional designs that meet business requirements. This also involves assisting in test planning, documenting test scripts, the execution of testing, supporting user training and implementation and will help ensure the businesses voice is well represented during all phases of the integration project, business impacts are well understood, and subject matter experts (SME) voices are represented during decision making. Note: 7 years to 10 years of experience is enough, do not submit too seniors for this role. Must Have Certification: CBAP Certification or other formally recognized education in the field of business analysis. Must Have skills/experience: Experience in business or systems analysis in previous field/operations experience Readiness and Project Support team User Acceptance Testing Provide ongoing support during the cut-over, go-live and hypercare phases Working knowledge of Energy or Dominion systems, specifically around systems supporting Operations and Engineering. Demonstrated ability to be innovative, initiate, lead, and manage change. Demonstrated ability to work independently on complex technical issues. Proven interpersonal, communication, negotiation, influence, and leadership skills. Demonstrated keen awareness of and aptitude for developing interpersonal relationships and building stakeholder engagement. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
