As a Project Manager/Estimator, you will bring 2-5 years of experience in project management. In this position, you will handle a variety of tasks, including estimating smaller jobs and repairs, managing service work orders, and overseeing project workflows from scheduling to invoice closeout. Experience in commercial and industrial projects is a strong asset. In a Project Management role, you should have a strong understanding of electrical codes and systems, and be adept at multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Accubid, MS Office, BlueBeam, Procore, and Zoom is essential. Additionally, you should excel in building and maintaining strong relationships with peers, consultants, contractors, and clients to maximize business opportunities. Your responsibilities will also include managing project financial performance, purchasing materials and equipment, preparing project manuals and quality reports, and ensuring a safe and productive work environment. 2-5 years of experience as PM/Estimator in an Electrical Construction setting In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in project cost control and financial tracking. Experience with computer softwares such as: Accudbid, MS Office, Blue beam, procore, zoom Familiarity with electrical project management and estimation best practices.
