Responsabilits Reprsenter les clients devant les instances administratives en relations de travail ainsi que devant les tribunaux civils dans toute affaire relative au droit de lemploi et la sant et scurit du travail. Fournir des conseils et rdiger des avis juridiques en droit du travail, droit de lemploi et sant et scurit du travail. Interprter les lois, rglements et conventions collectives applicables. Contribuer, au besoin, aux enqutes administratives. Collaborer troitement avec les membres de lquipe tout en bnficiant de leur soutien. Interagir efficacement avec la clientle et offrir un service professionnel, rigoureux et personnalis. Sinvestir pleinement dans le dveloppement des dossiers et dans la vie du cabinet, dans un esprit de collaboration et de collgialit. Dtails du poste Poste permanent, temps plein. Exprience pertinente en droit du travail, de lemploi et en sant et scurit du travail. Exprience en plaidoiries devant le Tribunal administratif du travail, en arbitrage de griefs et devant les tribunaux civils (un atout). Capacit grer des dossiers de manire autonome. Excellente matrise du franais et de langlais, tant loral qu lcrit. Rigueur professionnelle, sens de lorganisation, autonomie et esprit entrepreneurial. Fortes aptitudes en rdaction, en ngociation et en reprsentation. Esprit danalyse et de synthse dvelopp. Aptitude marque pour le travail dquipe. // About us Is a renowned regional Montreal-based law firm. Responsibilities Represent clients before administrative labour relations bodies and civil courts in all matters relating to employment law and occupational health and safety. Provide legal advice and draft legal opinions in labour law, employment law, and occupational health and safety. Interpret applicable laws, regulations, and collective agreements. Assist, as needed, with administrative investigations. Work closely with team members while benefiting from their support. Communicate effectively with clients and provide professional, rigorous, and personalized service. Be fully invested in the development of files and the life of the firm in a spirit of collaboration and collegiality. Job Details Permanent, full-time position. Relevant experience in labour and employment law, as well as occupational health and safety. Experience in advocacy before the Administrative Labour Tribunal, grievance arbitration, and civil courts (an asset). Ability to manage files independently. Excellent command of French and English, both oral and written. Professional rigor, organizational skills, autonomy, and entrepreneurial spirit. Strong skills in legal writing, negotiation, and advocacy. Well-developed analytical and synthesis abilities. Strong team spirit.
