This hybrid role blends relationship-building, client acquisition, and strategic sales with hands-on property management expertise. You''ll be a key player in expanding our client base while ensuring exceptional service for existing portfolios. Key Responsibilities Develop and grow a pipeline of new business opportunities within the commercial and condominium real estate sectors Leverage industry knowledge to pitch tailored property management solutions to prospective clients Build and maintain strong relationships with condo boards, owners, and property investors Manage a select portfolio of properties, ensuring operational excellence and compliance Oversee maintenance, service contracts, and vendor relationships to support quality delivery Conduct site inspections and ensure properties meet corporate and regulatory standards Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-focused proposals and reporting Attend board meetings, present insights, and support key decision-making processes Assist in budget planning, reserve fund oversight, and financial performance tracking What You Bring Proven experience in property management (commercial or condo), with a sales or business development background Strong understanding of the Condominium Act, building operations, and regulatory compliance Exceptional communication, client relationship, and organizational skills Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle (mileage reimbursed) Salary: $2,500 p/month + commission
