Position: Inside Sales & Business Development Representative Location: Vaughan, Ontario Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: $60,000$65,000 per year + potential performance-based incentives About the Role We are looking for a motivated and goal-driven Inside Sales & Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This individual will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities, engaging potential customers, and contributing to the ongoing success of our organization. Key Responsibilities Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions, sales follow-ups, and new business opportunities. Proactively reach out to potential leads and respond to inbound inquiries to build a strong sales pipeline. Educate clients on our product offerings and work to identify the best solutions for their needs. Deliver virtual product demonstrations and training sessions as needed. Coordinate with internal teams to support national initiatives and account strategies. Prepare quotations, manage sample requests, and guide customers through the sales process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system. Who You Are Possess a college or university degree. Bring 35 years of sales or sales support experience. Demonstrate a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Excel in communicationwritten, verbal, and interpersonal (French proficiency is a bonus). Technically proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms. Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to fast-moving environments. Customer-centric with a positive attitude and a drive for continuous improvement. Experience with safety products or PPE is an asset, but not required.
