Our clients facility on the South Shore of Quebec is looking for a Facility/Plant Manager who thrives on implementing change management strategies, optimizing processes, and leading teams toward success. Key Responsibilities: Lead change management initiatives and collaborate with executives to align processes with best practices Develop and mentor the management team to ensure your vision and strategies are adopted and sustained Create and roll out strategies to improve employee engagement and relations across all levels Champion workplace safety and build a culture of continuous improvement Design and execute plans to optimize operational performance and meet customer expectations Oversee financial and operational planning to meet cost and budgetary goals Work closely with HR and legal teams on incident reporting, WSIB, and health and safety strategies Foster leadership development across the site, building a strong pipeline for future roles Proven success in management of a lean team of 4 managers Ability to work with production staff to articulate vision and company mission statement What Youll Bring: A degree in Operations, Manufacturing, Business, or a related discipline Fluency in both French and English Proven success with strategy and operational process improvement Demonstrated success in leadership roles within manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution environments Strong expertise in Lean methodologies, process improvement, and change management.
