Position Responsibilities : Prospect, connect and build relationships with decision-makers at companies that can benefit most from ENA''s unique solution. Managing your sales pipeline using CRM and internal tools to ensure the shortest sales cycle Giving client web presentations and proposals, and following up on that Work directly with the internal team to identify and target market needs Develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets. Understands the clients business objectives and cycles to identify portfolio opportunities and drive growth. What we are looking for : Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in outbound and account management Experience selling over the phone or web Experience in actively participating in trade shows. Excellent written and oral communication skills Fluent in English. Being fluent in French or Spanish are a plus Energetic, upbeat, and highly motivated self-starter who enjoys taking on new challenges and is comfortable working in a team and solo. Startup/ entrepreneurial experience is an asset Understand the sales pipeline and know how to manage one Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems or commercial construction is a definite asset.
