In the role of ITAD Business Development Manager you will support all of Ontario, generating new business. You will lead revenue creation & growth, develop new opportunities by engaging mid to large size companies/customers, manage the pipeline, build & execute account strategies, close large enterprise-level deals, and lead customer expansion for our ITAD (IT Asset Disposition) Recovery solutions.ResponsibilitiesPrepare quotations, bids, and estimates for customers and suppliersWork closely with the outbound sales team, finance & logisticsEstablish a referral network with businesses and find ways to maximize value from those connectionsExecute a daily process with prospecting and pipeline management by actively (primarily) connecting with individualsProvide timely feedback on the status of pipeline, sales, and business development activitiesAssume responsibility for a book of accounts and grow their volume as per personal targets which consist of hunting for opportunities and the cross selling of other business linesEffectively manage customer expectations and flawlessly process documentation after completion of saleProvide progress reports, updates, and sales data using CRMProvide funnel management, target/objective updates to deliver on all territory plans based on weekly, monthly and quarterly objectivesPromote company reputation as a community ambassador, supporting events and building community relationsMay perform other related duties as requiredQualifications7+ years' experience in a sales role within a dynamic fast-paced organization (IT Hardware Preferred)Post-secondary and/or equivalent experienceSuperior communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills with the ability to provide excellent customer serviceExcellent organizational and execution skills, with the ability to work effectively & independently in a fast-paced environmentAbility to travel approximately 40% of the time to client sites. Travel within company sites and work from home.Pay range and compensation package - Renumeration includes a competitive base salary, benefits, mileage reimbursement, and a variable bonus component based on results.
