We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with deep expertise in Capital Markets Technology, specifically in Front Office Trading and Risk systems. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact technology solutions for trading desks, risk management platforms, and electronic trading systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, coordinating between quants, developers, and traders, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of critical systems.Key Responsibilities:End-to-end project management of Front Office technology initiatives, including trading platforms (OMS/EMS), risk engines (VaR, XVA, FRTB), and algorithmic trading solutions.Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (traders, quants, risk managers) and technology teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables, adhering to Agile/Waterfall methodologies as needed.Mitigate risks, resolve dependencies, and escalate issues impacting delivery timelines or system performance.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., Basel III/IV, FRTB, MiFID II) and coordinate with compliance/audit teams.Manage vendor relationships (e.g., Murex, Calypso, Numerix) for system integrations or upgrades.Report project status to senior leadership, highlighting milestones, risks, and resource needs.Education:Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
